Semič, 3 September - Germany's KuW Kondensatoren und Wandler Beteiligung succeeded in its bid to takeover Slovenia's Iskra Kondenzatorji, a Slovene company whose main line of business is the production and sales of components for radio-interference suppression and power capacitors. On Monday, when the takeover bid expired, KuW owned 495,770 shares of Iskra Kondenzatorji, which is a 86.96-percent stake in the company.
