Slovene and German Artists Conferred New Media Oscar for an Interactive Project

Linz, 4 September - Germany's Carsten Nicolai and Slovenia's Marko Peljhan have won a Golden Nica award for their new interactive project named Polar at Ars Electronica, a festival of computer-generated art which is being held in the Austrian city of Linz for the 15th consecutive year. Peljhan and Nicolai won the award in the category of interactive art.
