Statement by Slovenian Foreign Ministry on Shooting Down of Aircraft Over Bosnia
Ljubljana, 1 March - SLOVENIA/BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA/NATO
In connection with the shooting down of four G-4 Seagull aircraft near Banja Luka in the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs maintains the incident happened in the no-fly zone, that is, airspace in which a ban on military flights was introduced by Resolution 781, passed by the UN Security Council on October 9, 1992.
