EU's Budget Should Suffice for Enlargement, According to German Institute DIW
Ljubljana, 11 September - The planned enlargement of the EU to include the twelve candidate countries can be financed without any problems, according to the recent study published by the German Institute for Economic Research DIW. Nevertheless, the current EU members should begin with the reform of structural and agricultural policy as soon as possible, in order to disburden the common cash box, the institute insists.
