Former Head of LBS Bank Denies Allegations about Negligence in U.S.-Based Bank
Ljubljana, 13 September - The New York-based Slovene bank, LBS, has never put deposits of its clients at risk with its actions, the former LBS director and incumbent head of the Slovene Prime Minister's Office, Rudi Gabrovec told Thursday's issue of Slovene daily Finance in response to yesterday's news that the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) published and order in March for LBS to harmonise its operations with U.S legislation.
