Delo Comments on Rupel's Proposal to Help in the Serbian-Montenegrin Conflict

Ljubljana, 19 September - Future relations between Serbia and Montenegro may be decided at tonight's session, as it does not seem that either the federalists or the separatists with a confederalist view are likely to prevail. Not all who are important or believe themselves to be important on the Montenegrin and Serbian political scenes will gather at Kostunica's table, particularly not those who were angry or at least offended at the offer of the Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel to settle the Serbian-Montenegrin conflicts on neutral ground in Slovenia, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Wednesday.
