Opponents of Duty Free Shops' Overhaul Handed Another Blow
Ljubljana, 19 September - Those opposing the imminent shut-down of duty free shops on the Slovene border with the EU have been handed another setback as the Constitutional Court rejected the New Party's initiative for a check of the constitutionality of the duty free shop reform act. The Constitutional Court reported on Wednesday that the matter was discussed at last Thursday's session.
