Slovene Trade Discussed in Portoroz
Portorož, 20 September - In a bid to examine the development of Slovenia's trade since the beginning of the 1990's and its comparability to world trade, a two-day conference Slovene Trade - a Clear Vision or Crossroads? was organised by the Ljubljana Association of Economists in Portoroz on Thursday. Slovenia takes trade as a market activity and the government only interferes when competition or consumer protection is endangered, while free trade and private property are taken into account in its trade policy, said State Secretary at the Economics Minister Bostjan Antoncic.
