Economic Trends: Difficult to Predict Long-Term Consequences of Terrorist Attacks
Ljubljana, 21 September - The recent attack on the WTC in New York has affected oil prices, the U.S. dollar and interest rates, which would have a negative impact on economy in the short-run. Yet, these negative effects are not expected to severely affect the EU and other Slovene major trade partners, the Economic Trends, a monthly publication of the Economics Institute of the Ljubljana Faculty of Law, observes in its latest issue.
