Ljubljana, 22 September - Foreign Minster Dimitrij Rupel paid a working visit to the FRY, where he opened the Slovene Embassy in Belgrade after holding talks with senior Yugoslav officials. The Croatian parliament last week convened for its autumn session, which is to among other things to discuss the draft border agreement between Slovenia and Croatia, a subject likely to be on the agenda next week. Duty-free shops on road border crossings with Italy and Austria were finally transformed into ordinary shops on Friday, which closed a long-running outstanding issue between Slovenia and the EU.
