Oldest Slovene Publisher Celebrates 150 Years
Celje, 22 September - The all-Slovene religious and cultural institution, the Mohor Society, is to hold a ceremony in Celje, eastern Slovenia, on Monday to mark its 150th anniversary. The event will also be attended by the president of the Mohor Society Celje, Joze Planinsek, the Maribor Bishop, Franc Kramberger, the Celje Mayor, Bojan Srot and the president of the Slovene Academy of Sciences and Arts, France Bernik. The Ljubljana Archbishop and Slovene Metropolitan Franc Rode is also to congratulate the Society, which was co-founded by Slovene historical figure, Bishop Anton Martin Slomsek.
