Ombudsman Criticises Foreign Minister while Presenting This Year's Activities
Ljubljana, 25 September - Slovene Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek expressed concern that in the wake of the tragic events in the U.S. human rights could be limited on the account of greater security, which could become common practice. Presenting this year's activities of his office at a press conference on Tuesday, Hanzek also criticised statements made by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, which he believes are an instance of "encouraging racial intolerance".
