New Act on Money Laundering Prevention Passed
Ljubljana, 26 September - Parliament on Wednesday unanimously passed a new act on preventing money laundering, which will broaden the circle of those who are obliged to report to the Office for Money Laundering Prevention about all transactions exceeding SIT 4.6 million (21,000 euros), and all suspicious transactions regardless of the sums involved.
