Ljubljana, 27 September - The European Day of Languages brings with it a practical thought that (future) Europeans should speak three languages. This probably means their mother tongue, the universally European language (English seems to be most likely to "sacrifice" to become the lingua franca) and, what would make most sense, the language of the closest neighbouring country, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Thursday.
