The southern part of Carinthia has been neglected in the past decades, and one of the reasons for such a situation is the Slovene minority living in the region, Slovene President Milan Kucan was told on Friday in Klagenfurt by Bernard Sadovnik, president of the National Council of Carinthian Slovenes (NSKS), an organisation of the Slovene minority in Austria.
