Largest Slovene Bank Finishes Process of Annexing Three Regional Subsidiaries

Ljubljana, 1 October - The formal annexation of three regional subsidiaries - Banka Velenje, Dolenjska banka and Pomurska banka - to the largest Slovene bank, Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) was wrapped up on Monday. All that remains to be done in the process is the exchange of shares of the three smaller banks for shares of the NLB, it was reported from the latter.
