Delo: Law Over Violence

Ljubljana, 2 October - After the 11 September events the international community has beefed up the institutional frameworks to fight against terrorism. Thus the U.S. now have a real opportunity to show the entire world that violence has to be countered - not by violence, which only bears more violence, but by the application of law, Delo comments on Tuesday.
