Seven Potential Buyers Interested in Largest Slovene Bank

Ljubljana, 2 October - Seven potential key investors have so far showed interest in the purchase of a 34-percent stake in the largest Slovene bank, Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) by the given deadline of 1 October. All seven potential buyers are leading financial institutions from abroad, namely from Europe and the U.S., and include the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
