Istrabenz Plini Becomes New and Largest Provider of Gas on Slovenia's Market

Ljubljana, 2 October - Three gas companies of the Istrabenz Group, the Koper-based Istragas, Celjski plini from Celje and the Trbovlje-based Europlin, merged into Istrabenz Plini, a joint venture which on 1 October became the largest Slovene provider of gas, with over SIT 3.3 billion (EUR 15 million) of basic stock, the new company's manager, Zorko Cerkovnik, told a press conference on Tuesday.
