MPs Give Green Light to Two-Year Budgets

Ljubljana, 2 October - With 45 votes for and 15 against, the parliament amended on Tuesday the law on public finance, thus giving a green light for the introduction of two-year budgets. This means that MPs will now be able to discuss not only the budget bill for 2002, but also for the year 2003.
