Slovene MPs Visiting the U.S. to Meet with Former Defence Secretary Perry

Washington, 2 October - In a bid to learn more about the U.S. political and economic system, Slovene MPs are continuing their several-day visit to the U.S. The chair of the Slovene parliamentary foreign affairs committee Jelko Kacin, and MP Miha Brejc have already visited the U.S. Congress and State Department, as well as state institutions of Kentucky and California, discussing bilateral co-operation between Slovenia and the U.S., NATO enlargement and the consequences of the recent terrorist attacks in the U.S..
