Arbitration on Sea Border out of the Question, Says Slovene Prime Minister

Ljubljana, 2 October - Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek dismissed any chance of international arbitration in solving the Slovene-Croatian border issue on Tuesday, saying that negotiations on the issue have ended, as the agreement has been adopted and initialed by both governments. Yesterday, Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan announced he would ask the Croatian Parliament to decide for international arbitration on the issue, as he believed the agreement does not have enough support among the MPs.
