Parliament to Probe Into the Case of Beaten-Up Journalist

A demand was filed in parliament on Tuesday for the establishment of a parliamentary commission that is to investigate an attack on a Slovene journalist in an attempt to find the motives and examine the potential involvement and responsibility of public officials in the case. The demand, which comes after growing criticism as police investigation has failed to produce any concrete results about the February attack, was signed by 39 MPs of all parliamentary parties.
