Largest Slovene Insurance Company to go Ahead with Supply of Fresh Capital

Ljubljana, 9 October - The largest Slovene insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav carried out a supply of fresh capital in accord with the Slovene legislation, established Triglav's supervisory board at Tuesday's session. Triglav's basic stock has to be increased by the end of this year, was decided, while the funds that have already been paid for the supply of fresh capital (SIT 896.4 million/ EUR 4.078 million) should be kept on a special account until the registration is carried out.
