Slovene-Croatian Border Agreement Destined to go to Arbitration
Zagreb, 10 October - The Croatian government supports the proposed border agreement with Slovenia, since it believes that Croatia cannot progress towards EU membership fast enough without resolving open issues with Slovenia. However, we cannot sign the agreement since it is neither supported by the parliament nor the government coalition, Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan told Croatian MPs on Wednesday.
