EU Enlargement Brings Economic Opportunities and Stability, Slovene EU Negotiator Says

Bremen, 10 October - The enlargement process will be useful for both sides. It brings new opportunities for both old and new EU members, and strengthens safety and stability in the whole of Europe. This was said Wednesday by Slovene head negotiator with the EU, Janez Potocnik, at the fourth German foreign-trade congress in Bremen, which focused on the consequences of the enlargement process for present and future EU members, as well as the resulting opportunities and fears.
