Graz, 10 October - A bilingual plaque is to be unveiled in Austria's Graz on Friday to mark the 190th anniversary of the chair of the Slovene language in Graz, which was the first of the kind in Europe. The monument at the front of the old university in Graz is to be uncovered by Stanislav Hafner, a prominent Slavonic scholar in Austria, who is celebrating his 85th birthday.
