State Takes on Risks of Airline Companies as of Thursday

Ljubljana, 11 October - A new act came into effect on Thursday, by which the state is to guarantee for any losses Slovenia's flag-carrier Adria Airways might suffer if its planes are used in a an act of war or terrorism. Adopted by the Parliament on 28 September, the new act also vouches for foreign airline companies using Slovenia's air space.
