Ljubljana, 11 October - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel presented background information on conditions in SE Europe during a meeting with the visiting delegation of the Dutch parliamentary committee for foreign affairs, led by the chair Margreeth de Boer, on Thursday.
