Act Providing Slovene Flag-Carrier With War Risk Cover Takes Effect

Ljubljana, 11 October - The recently adopted act providing temporary cover for acts of war and terrorism to Slovenia's flag-carrier, Adria Airways, took effect on Thursday. The act was adopted by Slovenia's Parliament on 28 September and is of a reciprocal nature, meaning that Slovenia is demanding that foreign aircraft also have suitable cover or indemnity if they wish to use Slovene airspace.
