Legal Experts Focus Conference on Constitutional Amendments

Portorož, 11 October - The first day of the 27th traditional conference of Slovene legal experts was dedicated to the supreme legal act, the Constitution. The keynote speaker, Constitutional Court president Franc Testen, noted the progress of the judiciary in the past decade, while afternoon debates centred around constitutional changes.
