Budget Expenditure Cannot Increase, Says Finance Minister

The 2002 and 2003 budget bills reflect the priorities and tasks which lie ahead for the Slovene state, while they also bring to light some structural weaknesses of Slovene public finance, which can be done away with, Slovene Finance Minister Anton Rop said while presenting the budget bills to parliament on Friday.
