Commissioner Wallstroem Holds Talks with NGOs, Says She is Satisfied with Slovene Visit

Ljubljana, 19 October - Slovenia has made good progress in the adoption and implementation of European legislation dealing with environmental policies. The country does, however, still face a number of challenges linked to the execution of the adopted legislation, especially on a regional and local level, European Commissioner for the Environment, Margot Wallstroem asserted on Friday in Ljubljana.
