Megaprocess Turns Out to be Not so Mega; Only Six Dealers Receive Jail Time

Ljubljana, 20 October - The biggest trial ever to be held in Slovenia, dubbed the megaprocess, at which one of the most influential drug cartels in Slovenia was to be tried, ended in less spectacular fashion on Friday at the Koper District Court. Out of the 18 defendants, which had originally been brought before the court, only six received jail time, the daily Dnevnik reports on Saturday.
