Slovene Theatre Group Enthralls South American Crowds

Santo Domingo/Caracas, 20 October - The Preseren Theatre's staging of "The Mayor's Mitzy", directed by Vito Taufer, has enthralled theatre-goers in South America. The play was featured last week at the 26th International Theatre Festival in Venezuela's Barcelona, where it filled the theatre in both its performances. Moreover, people went to extraordinary lengths to get seats for the performance at an international festival in the Dominican Republic's Santa Domingo on Thursday and Friday.
