Deadline for Non-binding Offers for NLB Stake Expires

Ljubljana, 22 October - The deadline for interested parties to send non-binding offers for the purchase of a 34-percent share of the Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB) expired at 6 PM CET on Monday. The names of the institutions which have sent in their offers are not expected to be revealed, as has been the policy of the Slovene Finance Ministry to date.
