The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum has brought no solution to the puzzle of out times, but has at least raised a number of questions which the world is to try to answer in the future. Attempts to solve puzzles will be constantly on the agenda from now. Let us begin with this one: it seemed in Shanghai that U.S. President George W. Bush prefers his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin over Chinese President Jiang Zemin. Moreover, one could get the impression that U.S. businessmen trust Jiang Zemin more than Putin, the daily Delo comments the APEC summit in Tuesday's edition.
