Three International Financial Institutions Submit Non-Binding Bids for NLB Stake
Ljubljana, 23 October - Three non-binding offers for the purchase of a 34-percent stake in the Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) bank were submitted to NM Rothschild, the financial adviser in the NLB privatisation process, by the deadline which expired at 6 PM on Monday. The Finance Ministry said on Tuesday that the bids came from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) from London, and two major international financial institutions.
