Mayors of Slovene Municipalities in Italy Address Letter to President and Prime Minister

Mayors of Slovene municipalities from the Italian regions of Trieste and Gorizia addressed a letter on Wednesday to Italian President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi and Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, urging them to intervene with the authorities and see to it that the Slovene minority's right to use the mother tongue in census forms is respected.
