PM Drnovsek Warns of EU's Moves that Diminish Public Support for EU Membership
Ljubljana, 24 October - Taking part on Wednesday in a lunch with ambassadors from EU members residing in Slovenia, Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek reiterated the majority support of the Slovene public for EU membership. He did note, however, several of the EU's moves that have unnecessarily shrunk membership support, such as the EU's view on the free movement of persons, Drnovsek's office said.
