Decennial of Slovene Constitution Marked by Changes
Ljubljana, 23 December - On this day ten years ago, the Slovene National Assembly adopted the first Constitution of an independent Slovenia, declaring this date Constitution Day in 1997. The Constitution thus laid the foundations for a new legal system, which now faces some major changes.
