Parliament Speaker Pahor Remains Optimistic before the "Crucial" Year 2002

Ljubljana, 23 December - Speaker of the Slovene Parliament, Borut Pahor remains optimistic one year after assuming the post, convinced that the Slovene parliament, a pillar of political stability in his view, is well prepared for challenges in the upcoming year when the eyes of the public will be turned to presidential and local elections at home, and EU and NATO membership prospects internationally, Pahor said in an interview for STA.
