Pivovarna Lasko's Stake in Pivovarna Union Does Not Exceed 25% as Yet

Laško, 24 December - The Slovene brewery Pivovarna Lasko, which on Friday from the Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD) purchased a 12.15-percent stake in the brewery Pivovarna Union, has not increased its share in Union above 25 percent and is thus not obliged to file a public bid for the purchase of all Union shares.
