Street Sign Dispute in Carinthia Cannot Affect Bilateral Relations, Says President Kucan

Klagenfurt, 24 December - The current debate in Austria's Carinthia about the ruling of the Austrian Constitutional Court that additional street signs should be put up in all areas where the share of Slovenes exceeds 10 percent of the local population, cannot affect the relations between Slovenia and Austria, as interests here are long-term and stable, Slovene President Milan Kucan told Radio Carinthia in an interview broadcast on Sunday.
