District Court Prohibits Pivovarna Lasko to Use Pivovarna Union Shares Bought from SOD

Ljubljana, 24 December - Following an initiative filed by Belgium's Interbrew, the Ljubljana District Court on Monday issued a provisional decision prohibiting the leading Slovene brewer Pivovarna Lasko to use the 54,818 shares of Pivovarna union, another Slovene brewer, it acquired on Friday from the Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD).
