Russian President Could Visit Slovenia as Early as This Spring, PM Kasyanov Says

Ljubljana, 5 January - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, who is on a winter holiday in Slovenia, told his Slovene counterpart Janez Drnovsek that Russian President Vladimir Putin would very much like to visit Slovenia, and that there is a good chance Putin would pay an official visit this year, very likely in spring. This was said by Drnovsek's office on Saturday after the Drnovsek-Kasyanov meeting which took place at Brdo pri Kranju.
