Slovene Ambassador Disappointed over Austria's Indifference about Minority Issues
Vienna, 6 January - Slovene Ambassador to Austria Ivo Vajgl for Austria's newspaper Kurier expressed concern over the standpoint of Carinthia's Governor Joerg Haider, who opposes the implementation of Constitutional Court decree on bilingual signs in Austria's Carinthia. Vajgl said that Slovenia and Austria opened a dialogue on all, even the most difficult issues in the last two years, but at the same time doubted the sincerity of good will shown by the Austrian government in the public.
