Interbrew to Speak about Latest Developments regarding Pivovarna Union Later Today

Ljubljana, 8 January - The Belgium brewer interested in a stake in Slovenia's Pivovarna Union called a press conference for later today to speak about its stance on the latest developments related to its takeover bid for Union, Interbrew said Tuesday. Currently, the results of yesterday's auction sale of a 10.3-percent stake held in Union by KAD are still unknown as the KAD leadership has been unavailable for comment.
