State Prosecutor General Wins Spade of the Year Award

Ljubljana, 8 January - "Slovenes know absolutely everything when they are in a bar, they know half less before the police and remember absolutely nothing when speaking to the prosecutor or judge", State Prosecutor General Zdenka Cerar said when speaking about post-war mass killings and the difficulty in collecting information about this issue, thus winning the Spade of the Year Award for 2001.
