Pivovarna Lasko's Appeal against Court Decision Initiated by Interbrew Rejected

Ljubljana, 9 January - The Ljubljana District Court on Wednesday rejected the appeal lodged by the Slovene brewer Pivovarna Lasko against a 24 December ruling banning Lasko from freely using the 12.15-percent stake in another Slovene brewer, Pivovarna Union, which was acquired from the state-owned Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD), the District Court said.
